苹果果胶
材料:
两粒青苹果,冰糖200g, 柠檬汁15cc/ml,水1400cc/ml
作法:
苹果切平放入锅中,水可分几次加入,用小火熬煮直
到熟透,煮烂(大约1个半小时).把苹果压烂,用细纱布
把苹果汁滤出来.苹果汁+冰糖+柠檬汁放在锅里熬煮直到
粘稠即可.

可以涂面包或做沙拉酱
